Vipassana Meditation Course
Vipassana Meditation Course
Vipassana is the way of seeing things in reality as they really are. Just in reality, no more or less. Vipassana is an ancient Meditation Technique practiced and taught by Eastern Meditation Master Gautam Buddha in India, Nepal, and Tibet (China).
The Vipassana course is divided into 4 segments which are Kayanupassana, Vedananupassana, Cittanupassana and Dhammanupassana. In the first segment, for 2 days, we work on the Body by observing its actions and try to learn how to control them and lead them in the right direction. In the second segment, we work on feelings, observe them, and react accordingly. In the third segment, we work on the mind, observe it, and try to control and learn how to control it. In the fourth segment, we work on Dhamma and try to uplift the life of human beings.
