The Intensive 300 Hours Meditation Course best for those who have limited time to travel to India and they want to learn deep knowledge of Vedic meditation in a short time. The course is best for the beginner, intermediate and advanced level students focused on ancient Vedic meditation techniques.

The 300 Hours meditation course is well-structured open for all levels of students. This course starts with beginner practice to medium and hard levels. In the course, we teach 45+ Meditation Techniques and a Hundred of ways to learn and practice meditation.
